Missed, Late, and Cancelation Policy

Your appointments and well-being is important to me.  I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.  If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request, at least 24hr notice.  This gives me time to notify other clients in need of service. 

Any missed appointment, cancellation or rescheduling made less that 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee.  The amount of the fee will be the 60% of the reserved service.  If however, you're a first time client, I can offer a first time fee waiver and anytime after will be considered Missed appointment. 

If you are late for your service, know that this will not allow you extra time to make up of lateness nor will allow for discounted rate.  Full amount will be rendered towards end of session.  

Please show up 5-10 minutes early the day of your appointment.  This allows time for assessment and check in if necessary.
